Bronx Second Floor Addition

This Riverdale, Bronx single-story home was transformed with a complete second-floor addition. The project added three bedrooms and two full bathrooms to an existing one-story structure, requiring new foundation reinforcement, structural steel beam installation, full framing of the second floor, all new MEP systems for the addition, exterior siding to match the existing home, and complete interior finish work. The project delivered 1,400 square feet of new living space, effectively doubling the home's square footage.
