Brooklyn Brownstone Full Renovation

This stunning Park Slope brownstone underwent a complete gut renovation spanning all four floors. The project involved structural reinforcement of the original masonry, complete replacement of all electrical and plumbing systems, a custom kitchen design with Calacatta marble countertops and custom white oak cabinetry, three fully renovated bathrooms including a master spa suite, refinished original hardwood floors throughout, and restoration of original architectural details including ceiling moldings and original fireplace mantels.

The project was completed in 5 months from demolition to final punch list. The result transformed a structurally sound but dated 1890s brownstone into a thoroughly modern home that celebrates its historic character.
